Pork Recipe - How to make a Korean Style Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

In this video recipe I take a pork tenderloin and infuse it with Korean flavors for a killer simple and flavor packed sandwich.

Ingredients

Pork tenderlion 1 1/4 Pound (1 large or 2 small pork tenderloins)
Soy sauce 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Rice vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Light brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves 2 Medium , minced
Fresh ginger 1 1/2 Tablespoon , minced
Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
Sriracha 1 Tablespoon
For korean aioli
Mayo 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (1
Gochujang 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Rice wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
For cucumber pickle
English cucumber 1 Large , sliced thinly
Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh chili pepper 1/2 Teaspoon , finely minced
Salt 1 Pinch (generous pinch)
