Middle Eastern spices elevate this chicken ball to an exotic status and this is the perfect make ahead and reheat appetizer to serve at a party for fuss free entertaining. Created in honor of my mom Mary's 70th birthday.

Lean ground chicken/Turkey 1 Pound
Red chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Pomegranate molasses 1 Teaspoon
Feta cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red onion 1/2
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pickled turnip 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)

Combine all the above ingredients together.

Shape and form small balls.

Heat the oil and fry the balls for 5 - 7 mins (may need less time).

Drain on a paper towel.

Skewer with a fancy pick and serve.
