How to make Asian Coleslaw Salad: Easy Coleslaw Salad with Ramen Noodles and Napa Cabbage!


For the salad
Napa cabbage 1 , chopped finely
Carrot 1 Large , grated
Radish 5 , thinly sliced
Green onion 3 , chopped finely
Red pepper 1 , chopped
Toasted sliced almonds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ramen noodle 1
For the dressing
Vegetable oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
White vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Ramen noodle seasoning 1 Tablespoon (one pack)



1.  In a large bowl, combine chopped napa cabbage, carrot, radish, green onion and red pepper. Toss well.

2.  In another bowl add all the dressing ingredients and stir to mix. Pour it over the salad and toss. Cover the salad and refrigerate until ready to serve.



3.  Add the toasted almonds and ramen noodles to the salad just before serving. Mix well.



4.  Serve immediately.
