Pink Salad

Ingredients

Beetroots 8 Ounce , skinned, diced (Use Raw)
White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Water 4 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Celery stalks 2 , sliced finely
Apples 8 Ounce , peeled, cored and diced

Directions

MAKING

1) In a microwavable container, put together beetroot, vinegar, water and sugar.

2) Put the lid on and cook for 15 minutes.

3) While cooking stir twice using a wooden spoon.

4) Leave to stand for 10 minutes and mix in the celery and apples.

5) Put in the refrigerator until well chilled

SERVING

6) Serve chilled with cold meat or fish.
