Prune, Apple and Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients

Prunes 2 1⁄2 Ounce (65 Gram Ready To Eat Variety)
Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch
Apple juice 12 Fluid Ounce (350 Milliliter)
Greek yogurt 3 Tablespoon

Directions

Roughly chop the prunes and place with the cinnamon in a large bowl.

Pour over the apple juice, cover and allow to stand overnight.

Place the prune and apple juice mixture with the yogurt in a blender and process until smooth.

Pour into a glass, add ice cubes and sprinkle with cinnamon, if liked.
