Betty's Apple Cabbage Coleslaw

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Apple Cabbage Coleslaw. This coleslaw is made with Granny Smith apples, cabbage, and carrots and is bound together with a creamy mayonnaise-based dressing.


Coleslaw mix 4 Cup (64 tbs) (shredded cabbage and grated carrots)
Granny smith apple matchsticks 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Creamy coleslaw dressing 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)



1.In a large bowl combine coleslaw mix, apple matchstick, and Coleslaw dressing. Stir until well combined.

2. Into a nice serving bowl, transfer the mixture, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. The flavor of the coleslaw is enhanced by sitting in the refrigerator for a few hours.


3. Serve and enjoy!
