New Orleans Muffuletta

New Orleans Muffuletta, one of the favorite sandwiches of Mardi Gras. This is my contribution to the Tastemade Mardi Gras collaboration.

Ciabatta bread loaf 1 Large
Italian olive salad 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Smoked ham 1/4 Pound , thinly sliced
Genoa salami 1/4 Pound , thinly sliced
Mortadella 1/4 Pound , thinly sliced
Mozzarella cheese slices 1/4 Pound

1. Slice the ciabatta lengthwise and take out some bread from the center of top slice. Set aside.

2. On bottom slice, spread the oil from Italian olive salad and top with smoked ham, followed by genoa salami, mortadella and mozzarella cheese. Set aside.

3. Fill the top slice with olive salad and carefully laid over the bottom slice. Wrap it with an aluminum foil and refrigerate for 3 hours.

4. Slice the sandwich and serve with some soft drinks.
