Kentucky Bourbon Balls

Nothing says Merry Christmas like bourbon balls in Kentucky.


Vanilla wafers 20 Ounce
Powdered sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Coco powder 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Light corn syrup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Bourbon 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For coating
Powdered sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.


2. In a food processor, add in the vanilla wafers and crush well.

3. Take out in a large bowl and add in the rest of the ingredients, except the corn syrup and bourbon. Mix well.

4. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.

5. Using a scoop, take out the mixture and roll between the hands. Coat with sugar and place over the prepared cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.


6. Serve along with your favorite cookies.
