In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make BLT Minute Steak Sliders. These are tasty mini whole wheat buns filled with HorseRadish Sour Cream Dressing, Country Fried Minute Steak, Swiss cheese, crisp bacon, sliced tomato, and lettuce greens.

Minute steaks | 1 1/2 Pound , pounded and cut into 12 equal | |

All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Whole wheat buns | 12 (slider buns used) | |
Horseradish sauce/Horseradish sour cream dressing | 12 Tablespoon (as needed) | |
Swiss cheese slice | 6 , cut into 12 equal | |
Crisp bacon slice | 6 (as needed) | |
Thin tomato slices | 12 (red or yellow) | |
Salad green leaves | 100 Gram |
MAKING
1. In a 12.5-inch cast iron skillet, heat oil until it reaches 350-375 degrees F (or until a small amount of dropped into the oil and it sizzles).
2. Meanwhile season the steak with salt and pepper to taste.
3. In a Zip-lock bag, place all-purpose flour and put the seasoned steak circles in it. Shake to coat well.
4. Use tongs to move each flour-coated steak circle into hot oil. Fry until brown on the both side and cooked through. Remove to a platter lined with paper towel.
FINALIZING
5. On a cutting board, open slider bun. Place about 1 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce on bottom half of bun.
6. Place a fried steak circle on top, followed by Swiss cheese, crisp bacon, tomato, and salad greens. Put other half of slider bun on top.

7. Serve and enjoy!
