Rum Banana Delight

Banana is one fruit that can be safely labeled as versatile. This banana dessert comes with the goodness of rum and coffee liqueur and works well with ice cream.

Ingredients

Banana 2 , sliced
Rum 1 Tablespoon
Coffee liqueur 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Low fat vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped nuts 2 Teaspoon (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

1.Heat butter in a pan and add sugar to it. Let the sugar caramelize properly. Add sliced bananas, and cook for a couple of minutes.

2.When the banana starts to change color, add rum and coffee liqueur and cook until the liquid is all gone.

SERVING

3.Divide in two equal portions and serve it with vanilla ice cream.

4.Garnish with nuts if desired.
