How to Make Red Wine, Peppered Bacon and Brie Cheese Burger Recipe for Father's Day.

Ingredients

Bacon slices 1 Pound
Black pepper To Taste
Extra virgin olive oil/Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
Brown onions 4 Medium , slice
Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon))
Ground beef chuck 8 Ounce ((80%/20%))
Ground sirloin 8 Ounce ((90%/10%))
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , mince
All purpose seasoning 1 1/2 Tablespoon ((Grand Diamond))
Kosher salt To Taste (Optional)
Eggs 1 Medium , beaten (Optional)
Brie cheese 8 Ounce , slice
Hamburger buns 2 , halved
Red leaf lettuce 10 Gram

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degree.

2. Place a rack on a foil lined baking sheet.

3. Prepare the grill pan.

MAKING

4. Lay the bacon slices on the rack and sprinkle cracked white pepper all over the bacon both sides.

5. In a small pot pour the red wine and over medium heat allow it to reduce.

6. In a large skillet pour extra virgin olive oil and caramelize the onions for 15-20 minutes.

7. At this point place the bacon in the oven and bake it until crisp.

8. Once the onions are caramelized, the wine has reduced by half and the bacon is cooked, set everything aside to cool.

9. Sprinkle salt to the onions, set aside.

10. In a mixing bowl combine the ground meat with grand diamond seasoning, reduced red wine and garlic.

11. Mix them well until well combined, make burger patty and make an indent in the center of the patty this will allow it to retain its shape.

12. Place the patty on the hot grill pan and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

13. Once you flip the burger place the sliced brie cheese and cover with a foil tent.

14. Allow the cheese to melt and then remove from the grill.

15. Place red leaf lettuce on the bun and then place the burger patty, top it with caramelized onions and strips of bacon slices.

SERVING

16. Serve with potato wedges.
