Baked Fish Sticks

Crunchy fish sticks or fish fingers are an all time favorite snack. They are rich in protein and are usually deep fried and quick to make. Homemade fish sticks can be made with very little effort and can make snack time even more enjoyable. Once u try making them, you will be pleased with the results!

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Wheat bran 2 Teaspoon
Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Egg 1 Large
Fish 1 Pound
Salt To Taste
Pepper powder To Taste

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine whole wheat bread crumbs, flour, wheat bran, salt and pepper.

2. In another bowl, whisk egg. 

3. Add the fish sticks in egg and coat the fish pieces with egg. 

4. Take one fish stick at a time and coat it with flour and breadcrumb mixture. 

5. In a preheated oven bake the fish sticks  till crisp and golden brown.
