A delicious and kinda different way to prepare napa cabbage: in a hot slaw! It's quick, easy, and tastes great!

Napa cabbage 1/2 Large (((chopped)))
Dijon mustard 1/2 Tablespoon
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) (((minced)))
Shallot 1 Large (((chopped)))
Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Dash
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon

1. Heat pan. Add butter and oil and let it brown (be careful that it doesn’t burn).

2. Add shallot and salt, cook 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

3. Turn heat to low and add cabbage, vinegar, pepper, dijon, and water. Stir.

4. Cook covered, for 10-20 minutes, or until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.

5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

6. Serve with Crispy Dijon Chicken Thighs.
