No Knead Bread

Ingredients

Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Yeast 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Water 1 5/8 Cup (26 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a bowl, mix together flour, yeast, salt and yeast.

2. Pour in the water and stir well using a spoon, scraping the sides and bottom od the bowl as you mix, stir until it forms a sticky dough.

3. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and set aside in warm place for about 14 hours.

MAKING

4. On a floured surface, turn out the dough with floured hands, pulling it from the dough from the bowl.

5. Roll the dough into a ball and place the seam side down, cover with a plastic wrap and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

6. On a cloth, dust some flour and place the dough, dust flour on top, cover with the sides of cloth and allow to rise for 2 hours.

7. Heat a pot with a lid on it, until well heated, drop the dough in the pot, and shake the pot.

FINALIZING

8. Cover the pot and bake in the preheated oven (450°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.

9. Remove the lid and bake it until the top is brown.

10. Remove the pot from the oven and allow to cool.

SERVING

11. Slice the bread and serve as desired.
