Apple Pie Bread

All the flavors of your favorite apple pie...in a yummy bread!

Ingredients

All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Ground cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Ground cloves 1/2 Teaspoon
Eggs 3 Large , beaten
Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Packed brown sugar 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
Apple 2 Cup (32 tbs) , cored, peeled and diced (any variety)
Pecans 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , chopped

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Grease two 8”x4” loaf pans.

2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

MAKING

3. In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices, stir to mix, and set aside.

4. In a separate large bowl, place together eggs, oil, sugars and vanilla and beat well using hand blender.

5. Add flour mixture to egg mixture, in two batches and beat well after each addition.

6. Add apples and pecans; and fold until mixed well.

7. In both the loaf pans, pour the batter equally and bake for 40 to 60 minutes, until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.

FINALIZING

8. Remove and allow the pans to cool for 20 minutes on wire rack.

9. Turn bread out of pans and cool completely.

SERVING

10. Slice and serve with apple butter, pumpkin butter, cinnamon sugar butter, peanut butter or cream cheese if desired.
