Blarney Stone Cookies

These are moist little cookies made with Pistachio Pudding Mix and all the other favorite ingredients that sweet cookies have. Perfect for kids since this was made and tested by kids in camp.


Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Brown sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
White sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pistachio pudding 1 Packet
Egg 2
Food coloring 8 Drop
Flour 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Butterscotch chips/Mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped (Optional)



1.Pre-heat oven at 300C.


2.In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients.

3.Spoon them into small balls and place them on your baking sheet.

4.Put them into the oven for 8 minutes and let them cook.


5.These cookies make for perfect snack at tea time. They are great for kids and would love it when served with milk.
