Red and White Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

Red cabbage 1
White cabbage 1/2 , shredded
Shallots 2 , chopped
Eating apples 2 , cored and diced
Green pepper 1 Small , cut into strips
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , finely chopped
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Mayonnaise 1/4 Pint

Directions

MAKING

1) Form a hollow in red cabbage to form a shell. Keep the centre for later use.

2) In a bowl, mix white cabbage, shallots, apple, green pepper, garlic and seasonings together.

3) Bind with mayonnaise.

SERVING

4) Spoon all the salad into the red cabbage shell and serve.
