Waldorf Salad

Apples 4
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Celery ribs 3
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lettuce leaves 1 (As Needed)
Chopped walnuts 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)



1) With an apple corer, core apple and then cut into small cubes to make 2 cups.

2) Cut both ends of celery ribs and cut into small cubes to make I cup.


3) In a mixing bowl, put apple cubes and sprinkle lemon juice over them.

4) Add celery and mayonnaise to the apples and mix well.


5) Take a serving plate and place fresh lettuce leaves on it. Pile the Waldorf salad on top of the lettuce, and then sprinkle walnuts. Serve.
