Ingredients

Crisp iceberg lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs) (In Bite
Crisp romaine 2 Cup (32 tbs) (In Bite
Crisp chicory 2 Cup (32 tbs) (In Bite
Tomatoes 2 Medium , cut in eighths
Avocados 2 Medium , peeled and sliced
Cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs) , slivered, chilled
Crisp cooked bacon slices 6 , cut in 1/2
Hard cooked egg 1 Large
Snipped chives 1 Tablespoon
Snipped watercress 1 Tablespoon
For russian dressing
Mayonnaise 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped stuffed olives 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped onions 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1) In a salad bowl, assemble salad by putting lettuce, romaine and chicory in it.

2) Put the tomato and avocado around edge of bowl.

3) Heap chicken in center and sprinkle bacon.

4) Now, cut egg white and yolk separately, then sprinkle, with chives, on top of salad.

5) Make Russian dressing - Take a small bowl and blend together all the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate covered.

SERVING

6) Garnish the salad with watercress and then pour dressing. Serve.
