Ingredients

Olive oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tbsp)
Skinless boneless chicken breast 1 Pound , cut into strips (500 G)
Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)
Celery stalks 1 Cup (16 tbs) , diced (250 Milliliter)
Cajun chicken flavorful recipe mix 28 Gram (Club House)
Rice 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (175 Milliliter)
Diced tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz) (With Juice)
Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Green bell pepper 1 , diced

Directions

All You Do Heat oil in large skillet over med-hi heat and brown chicken. Add onions, celery and seasoning. Cook until soft, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in rice, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Stir in bell peppers halfway through cooking.
