Pecan Crusted Baked Chicken

Pecan 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggs 2 Medium , beaten
Hot pepper paste 1 Tablespoon (use as per taste)
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (for searing)
Whole grain bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Whole grain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. To the egg add pepper and hot pepper paste and mix.

2. Dip the chicken pieces in the flour, then in the egg mixture and bread mixture.

3. In a pan heat oil and sear the breaded chicken for about 5 minutes.

4. Remove the chicken from the pan and place in the oven at 165 degrees for about 10 minutes until brown.


5. Serve with garnish as desired and a drink.
