Ham Salad Hawaiian Sandwich

Ingredients

Ham 12 Ounce , diced
Dill pickles 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , diced
Celery 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , diced
Green pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , diced (Medium Sized Ones)
Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Salt 1 Pinch
White pepper 1 Pinch
Butter 6 Tablespoon
Parmesan cheese 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) , grated
Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded
Muffin 12

Directions

MAKING

In a mixing bowl, combine together ham, pickles, celery, green pepper, mayonnaise, salt and white pepper to make sandwich.

Set this mixture aside.

Mix together butter and Parmesan cheese.

Spread butter/Parmesan mixture over muffin halves; broil until brown.

SERVING

Spread thousand island dressing as topping and serve.
