Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Red apples 2 Medium , cut in chunks
Canned pineapple chunks 439 Gram , drain and reserve syrup (1 Can)
Chicken breast 1/4 Kilogram , cooked, deboned and cut into cubes
Celery stalks 4 , diced
Raisin 2 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In a medium bowl soak apple chunks in Pineapple Chunks syrup

with 1 tsp. lemon juice for 5 minutes then drain.

Combine with the rest of the ingredients.

Season with 3/4 teaspoon fine salt and 1 tablespoon sugar.

Blend well, Chill before serving.
