Raw Food - Peanut Butter Cups

There are two special ingredients that make it taste like Reeses Peanut Butter cups, so if youve had impostors before, this is the real deal. Just be sure to keep it cool with these guys too much chocolate is well too much chocolate! Take a look

Ingredients

For the chocolate sauce
Cacao powder 3 Tablespoon
Cacao butter 1 Tablespoon , softened
Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon , softened
Dates 3 , soaked
For the peanut butter filling
Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
Nutritional yeast 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In the blender combine cocoa powder, cocoa butter, coconut oil and dates.

2. Blend until you get a sauce like consistency.

3. Place the muffin paper liners and place it on a plate, fill the bottom of the muffin cups with 1 teaspoon of the chocolate sauce.

4. In a bowl combine peanut butter along with nutritional yeast.

5. Once done, pour a layer of the peanut butter on top of the chocolate sauce followed by another teaspoon of the chocolate sauce on top.

6. Freeze over night or until it is fully frozen.

SERVING

7. Serve after a hearty meal.

NOTE

If you are looking for your chocolate to not have any white spots once frozen you will need to make sure the dates are completely dry.
