|Chopped mushrooms||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Carrots||3 Large , chopped|
|Celery stalks||3 Large , chopped|
|Onion||1 Large , sliced|
|Dried herbs||1 Tablespoon (Parsley, Italian Seasoning Etc.)|
|Mixed vegetables||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Bell pepper||1 Large , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm) , chopped|
|Cold water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soul seasoning||2 Tablespoon (Mix Blend Of Salt, Black And Red Pepper, Garlic And Other Spices)|
In a large pot, brown flour on medium heat for 10 minutes or until dark brown in color.
Let it cool, then add half of the water, mushrooms and onions.
Wash stew beef and make sure there is no blood in it.
Then add beef and rest of the vegetables.
Let the stew cook in medium heat for about an hour, slowly adding the remaining water.
Let the meat brown and vegetables tender.
The beef stew is ready.
