Creole Potato Salad is an amazingly delicious recipe. An easy to prepare salad recipe, Creole Potato Salad is a dish that you will definetely love to share with your friends and family.


Potatoes 1 Pound
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Prawns 2 Cup (32 tbs) , shelled
Oil 4 Tablespoon
Hard boiled eggs 2
Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Pepper 1 Pinch


Boil the potatoes in their jackets.

Peel and slice.

Mix with the prawns.

Mix the salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar together and combine with the potato and prawns while still warm.

Leave to cool and decorate with the sliced eggs.
