Ground meat | 2 Pound | |
Diced red onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Crushed garlic | 8 Clove (40 gm) | |
Diced green peppers | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Ground cumin | 3 Teaspoon | |
Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Ketchup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Sandwich bun | 4 |
MAKING:
In a pan, crumble meat by heating it slowly.
Add onions, oil, garlic, peppers, cumin, chilli, salt, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, water and mix well.
Cover with lid and cook until done.
Add onion powder and adjust seasonings to taste.
