Finally sharing my "top secret" hot sauce recipe with you! I mentioned this a while back in my video about fried tacos and now you can make your own - my chile de arbol salsa/hot sauce only has 4 ingredients and it's really simple and delicious on chips, tacos, eggs, meat, empanadas, pizza, popcorn??? YES.

Dried chile de arbol 3 Ounce (85 grams)
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm) (20g, peeled)
Salt 2 Teaspoon (12g)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (500ml)
Apple cider vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (500ml)

Cover chiles and garlic cloves with boiling water.

Let it soak for 3 hours or longer.

Drain and add to blender.

Add salt, water, apple cider vinegar and blend until smooth.

Pour into jar and cover loosely.

Allow to age for a week.

Seal well for storing up to 6 months at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!
