My secret pimento cheese recipe, by popular demand. Actually, this recipe is also in my cookbook but I finally made a video of it. Try pimento cheese sandwiches, grilled pimento cheese, pimento cheese burgers, or use it to dip crackers, celery sticks or soft pretzels.
Softened cream cheese | 8 Ounce (full or low | |
Grated sharp cheddar | 8 Ounce | |
Brown mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
Diced pimentos | 4 Ounce , drained (1 jar) | |
Pickled jalapenos | 4 Tablespoon , diced | |
Pickled jalapeno brine | 2 Tablespoon | |
Peppadew peppers | 2 , diced |
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, mayo and mix well.
Add pimentos, peppers and brine. Mix well.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
SERVING:
Serve at room temperature and enjoy!
