How to make Southwestern Bean Salad. I've made this many times but now I have a twist and I love it. This a nice cool salad for summer time that packs a bunch of protein and flavor.


Canned pinto beans 15 Ounce , rinsed and drained (1 can)
Canned black beans 15 Ounce , rinsed and drained (1 can)
Canned hominy 15 Ounce , rinsed and drained (1 can)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Cumin 1/4 Teaspoon
Pico de gallo 12 Ounce
Salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste



In a bowl, combine beans, hominy, and mix well.

Add olive oil, lime juice, cumin, pico de gallo, salt and pepper.

Toss well.


Serve and enjoy!
