Dessert Recipe: Mango Cobbler

This DELICIOUS mango cobbler is the perfect way to use up all of those late-season mangos! It's so easy to make and it will definitely be a Summer favorite.

Ingredients

For filling:
Chopped mango 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
All purpose flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
For cobbler:
Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Cold butter 4 Tablespoon , cut into pieces
Shredded coconut 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Egg 1
Milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (optional)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven at 400F.

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine mango, sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.

Mix well and add to pie dish.

In another bowl, combine cobbler ingredients-flour, sugar, salt, cold butter and mix well.

Add coconut, egg, milk and stir well.

Top over pie dish and pop into oven.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

SERVING:

Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
