90 Second Cobb Salad

Chef Cari prepares her famous Cobb Salad with avocado, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and chicken. This recipe has a lot of customization to make it exactly the way you want, so take Chef Cari's advice and "get in the kitchen" to make this fantastic Cobb Salad.

Ingredients

For salad:
Chopped lettuce 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Grilled chicken breasts 4 , chilled and sliced
Hard boiled eggs
Grape tomatoes 1 Pint
Bacon 1/2 Pound , cooked and broken into pieces
Avocados 2 , chopped
Blue cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crumbled
Kalamata olives 1 Cup (16 tbs) , pitted
Chopped green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For dressing:
Balsamic vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sherry vinegar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Shallot 1 Large , minced
Kosher salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Olive oil 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

On a large platter, layer the ingredients as shown in the video.

For dressing, combine shallots, vinegar, kosher salt, pepper, olive oil and whisk well.

SERVING:

Serve salad with dressing and enjoy!
