Betty's Fresh Peach and Cereal Bowl

Betty demonstrates how to make a Fresh Peach and Cereal Bowl. This is a terrific healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Fat free greek yogurt 12 Ounce (plain)
Sugar 1 Tablespoon (optional)
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh peaches 4 Medium (peeled, seeded, and chopped medium
Dry cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fiber One)
Toasted pecans 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

Making

In a medium-sized bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon into yogurt. Spread evenly over bottom of bowl.

Layer peaches, cereal, and pecans over the top.

Serving

Serve immediately for the crispest cereal, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. If refrigerated, the cereal will lose some of its crispness.
