|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushroom||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stewing tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cumin powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Red chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoning pepper||1/2 Teaspoon|
1. Heat oil in the pan. Add onions and garlic. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add mushrooms and red peppers. Add Tofu. Mix it well.
3. Add Cumin and tomatoes. Let everything cook for 4-5 minutes. Finish off with seasoning pepper.
4. Pour on a bun. Top up with pickled onions and avocados and enjoy.
