4 Delicious Healthy Snacks! Quick and Easy Recipes!

You can never have too many healthy, easy snack recipes right!? Here are a few of my favorites that I've been enjoying lately! Chocolate avocado brownies, roasted taco chickpeas, honey peach popsicles, and trail mix granola bars.

Ingredients

For chocolate avocado brownies
Pureed avocado 1 Cup (16 tbs) (about 2 avacados)
Agave 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (golden)
Coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
Eggs 2 (slightly beaten)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 Cup (16 tbs) (can use up to cup less if desired)
For trail mix bars
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Natural peanut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Raw honey 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Whole wheat 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
All pupose flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Unsweetened coconut flakes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Mini chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Quick oats 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Rice krispies cereal 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mini chocolate chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (plus more for drizzling if desired)
Trail mix 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (plus more if desired)
For creamy honey peach popsicles
Frozen peaches 20 Ounce (2 (10 oz bags))
For roasted taco chickpeas
Almond milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Organic garbanzo bean 26 4/5 Ounce
Honey To Taste
Olive oil 4 Drop (just enough to lightly coat chickpeas)
Smoked paprika 2 Teaspoon
Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Chili 2 Teaspoon
Garlic 1 Teaspoon
Oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon (can add more if desired)
