|Cabbage head||1 Small|
|Tomatoes||1 1/2 Large , dice (or 3 medium tomatoes)|
|Chopped pimiento stuffed green olives||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (You may increase this up to ¾ cup.)|
|Mayonnaise||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Olive juice||3 Tablespoon (from the jar)|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
Shred cabbage in a food processor and place in a large bowl. Add tomatoes and olives.
In a small dish, mix mayonnaise, olive juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour over vegetables and mix thoroughly.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
