Betty's Horseradish-Cheddar Cheese Ball

Betty demonstrates how to make a Horseradish-Cheddar Cheese Ball. This cheese ball is packed with flavor. It goes really well with Thin and Crisp Water Crackers!


Cream cheese 8 Ounce , softened
Butter 3 Tablespoon , softened
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1/4 Teaspoon
Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
Salt 1 Dash
Prepared horseradish 2 Tablespoon
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
English walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) , finely chopped



In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and salt at medium speed of an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until very smooth. 

Fold in prepared horseradish and shredded cheddar cheese. 

Chill in refrigerator for about 5 minutes. 

Shape into a ball and roll in chopped English walnuts to coat. 


Serve with Thin and Crisp Water Crackers.
