|Spinach||1 Bag (1 kg) , rinsed (patted dry (Use as much of the bag as you like.))|
|Cooked orzo||1 Cup (16 tbs) , drained, rinsed (You may salt the orzo with ½ teaspoon salt.)|
|Golden raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Capers||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grape tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a large bowl, toss all ingredients.
This salad may be served immediately or covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated until serving time.
