Betty's Spinach-Orzo Salad

Betty demonstrates how to make Spinach-Orzo Salad. This is a delicious, healthy salad, filled with orzo, tomatoes, raisins, capers, onions, feta cheese, and tossed with baby spinach.


Spinach 1 Bag (1 kg) , rinsed (patted dry (Use as much of the bag as you like.))
Cooked orzo 1 Cup (16 tbs) , drained, rinsed (You may salt the orzo with ½ teaspoon salt.)
Golden raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Capers 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grape tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)



In a large bowl, toss all ingredients.


This salad may be served immediately or covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated until serving time.
