Learn how to make a Ramos Gin Fizz Cocktail. I found this old bar menu from a restaurant in San Antonio that claimed to be "Home of the Famous Ramos Gin Fizz" so obviously I had to try it.
Gin | 2 Ounce | |
Powdered sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Lemon | 1 , juiced | |
Lime | 1 , juiced | |
Egg white | 1 | |
Orange flower water | 10 Drop | |
Half and half | 4 Ounce | |
Seltzer water | 2 Ounce | |
Ice cubes | 4 |
MAKING:
1.Combine all in a shaker with a couple of ice cubes and shake the holy living shit out of it for about a minute. You need to get the egg white frothy. Strain into glasses, straight up, no ice.
SERVING:
2.Serve and enjoy.
