Even vegetarians deserve some hot, tasty flesh sometimes. ) You can make this delicious Vegetarian Feast for under 15. Serve it up with a bottle of wine. Make vegetarian pasta dinner with linguine and a salad.

Ingredients

Linguine 1 Pound
Onions 2 Large , thinly sliced (red, yellow and/or white, whatever)
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , chopped
White wine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
Canned artichoke hearts 14 Ounce , drained and quartered (1 can)
Chopped parsley 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
