How To Make Hummus

How to make hummus with this easy hummus recipe! Chickpeas combined with tahini, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice and you've got the perfect healthy hummus dip recipe.


Canned chick peas 15 Ounce , washed, drained (1 can)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Tahini 2 Tablespoon (Sesame paste)
Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (Tablespoon)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (maybe a little more)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground cumin 1/2 Teaspoon (optional)
Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon (optional)
Cayenne pepper 1/2 Teaspoon (optional)



In a blender, combine lemon juice, olive oil, water, tahini, garlic, chick peas, spices and blend until nice and creamy.

Transfer to a bowl and drizzle more olive oil and paprika on top.



Serve and enjoy!
