Canned chick peas | 15 Ounce , washed, drained (1 can) | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
Tahini | 2 Tablespoon (Sesame paste) | |
Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon (Tablespoon) | |
Water | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (maybe a little more) | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon (optional) | |
Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon (optional) | |
Cayenne pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (optional) |
MAKING:
In a blender, combine lemon juice, olive oil, water, tahini, garlic, chick peas, spices and blend until nice and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and drizzle more olive oil and paprika on top.
