|Canned chick peas||15 Ounce , washed, drained (1 can)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Tahini||2 Tablespoon (Sesame paste)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon (Tablespoon)|
|Water||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (maybe a little more)|
|Ground cumin||1/2 Teaspoon (optional)|
|Paprika||1/2 Teaspoon (optional)|
|Cayenne pepper||1/2 Teaspoon (optional)|
In a blender, combine lemon juice, olive oil, water, tahini, garlic, chick peas, spices and blend until nice and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and drizzle more olive oil and paprika on top.
