Eggs 12
Bourbon/Brandy 300 Milliliter ((about 12 shorts
Dark rum 25 Milliliter ((about 1 short))
Sugar 12 Tablespoon
Grated nutmeg To Taste ((for sprinkling))



1.Separate the eggs carefully, putting the yolks in one bowl and the whites in a large mixing bowl.

2.Whisk the sugar into the yolks until it becomes smooth.

3.Add the liquor. In the mixing bowl, beat the egg whites on high speed for about 3-4 minutes until they form stiff peaks.

4.Gently fold the whites into the liquor mixture.

5. Scoop into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.

6.Top with some whipped cream if you want.


7.Serve and Enjoy.
