This is a great recipe for summer days when you want to sip tequila but want to get a little fancy with it. Not to be confused with sangria, sangrita is a spicy, sour, juicy mixture that is served alongside a shot of tequila for easy sippin'.

Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (if you want to make it fresh, whiz a pint of cherry tomatoes in the blender and then push through a sieve)
Lime juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Orange juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (and/or grapefruit juice)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Tabasco sauce/Hot sauce To Taste (several dashes)

1.Mix it all together, chill it, and pour into a precious little glass.

2.Serve it with a shot of tequila.
