Southern Sausage Gravy Pass The Biscuits!

A hot pan of homemade buttermilk biscuits simply begs to be smothered in southern sausage gravy!

Gosh I looooove this stuff! You haven't had a southern breakfast until you've had a plate of sausage gravy over your biscuits!

It's such an easy recipe that comes together super quick! Serve it with chilled fruit and hash browns and breakfast is done!

Ingredients

Ground turkey 1 Pound
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Smoked salt/Seasoning salt 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 1/2 Teaspoon (optional see note)
Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
Garlic 1/2 Teaspoon
Fennel seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
Celery salt 1 Pinch
Dried oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Sage 1 Teaspoon
Red pepper flakes 1 Pinch (generous pinch)
Clove 1 Pinch
Flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Warm milk 4 Cup (64 tbs) (may need more or less depending on how thick or thin you prefer it)
Salt To Taste (optional gravy seasonings)
Thyme To Taste (optional gravy seasonings)
Black pepper To Taste (optional gravy seasonings)
Sage To Taste (optional gravy seasonings)
