Betty's Beer Rolls -- Christmas

Betty demonstrates how to make Beer Rolls. This recipe has only 3 ingredients and is quick and easy to make. These will be wonderful to serve as bread on the Christmas table!

Ingredients

Bisquick 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Beer 10 Ounce ((at room temperature))
Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Cooking oil spray 3 Dash

Directions

Making

In a large bowl, mix Biscuick, beer, and sugar together. 

Using a standard-sized ice cream scoop, scoop dough into 12 wells of a muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. 

Bake at 450 degrees (F) for about 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted at the deepest point comes out clean. 

Transfer muffin pan to cooling rack. Cool rolls for about 5 minutes in pan. 

Serving

Transfer rolls from pan to a nice serving plate. Serve immediately while hot! These are great with butter!
