Betty's Cranberry-Feta Cheese Ball -- Christmas

Betty demonstrates how to make a Cranberry-Feta Cheese Ball to serve as an appetizer for this year's Christmas table. It will be accompanied by gingersnaps and apple wedges.

Ingredients

Cream cheese 8 Ounce , softened
Butter 3 Tablespoon , softened
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1/4 Teaspoon
Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
Salt 1 Dash
Red currant jelly 2 Tablespoon
Crumbled feta cheese 4 Ounce
Dried cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chop

Directions

Making

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, and red currant jelly at medium speed of an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until very smooth. 

Fold in feta cheese. Chill in refrigerator for about 5 minutes. 

Shape into a ball and roll in chopped cranberries to coat. 

Serving

Serve with gingersnaps and apple wedges.
