on't forget about your gluten-free family and friends this holiday!! This gluten-free pumpkin pie is amazeballs!!! The gluten-free pie crust is crisp and buttery on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside. The pumpkin filling is super creamy, sweet, and spiced to perfection! No need to even mention that it's gluten-free to everyone else, no one will ask. : )


For pie crust
Gluten free flour
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
Butter 5 Tablespoon , chill
Butter flavored shortening
Almond milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chill
For pie filling
Pumpkin puree 15 Ounce (not the pumpkin pie mix)
Light brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
White sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cinnamon 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Ground clove 1/4 Teaspoon
Butter 3 Tablespoon
Half n half/Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 2
Vanilla extract 1 1/2 Teaspoon
