In a small bowl, stir together flour and cocoa. Set aside.

Beat in egg, scraping down bowl, as needed. Stir in cocoa-flour mixture.
Fold in all of the Reese’s Pieces, except for ½ cup.
With a large cookie scoop (about 2 ½ tablespoons), drop approximately 16 scoops of dough on lightly greased baking sheet (or baking sheet lined with a silicone pad).
Gently flatten the cookies with the bottom of a drinking glass, then decorate with reserved ½ cup of Reese’s Pieces.
Bake at 350 degrees (F) for about 8 minutes.
Cool in pan for about 10 minutes on a cooling rack, then loosen with a metal spatula.

Let cool, as desired, then place on a nice plate for serving.
