Part two of complete dinner menu-the salad. Demonstrated by Betty Bannerman Busciglio...cooking instructor and former caterer.
|Sour cream||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Mayo||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Blue cheese||4 Ounce , crumbled|
|Tomatoes||3 , diced|
|Bacon slices||10 , crisp and crumbled|
In a medium bowl, add in all the ingredients except the lettuce and bacon. Mix well and set aside.
Slice the lettuce into small wedges top with the mixture and bacon.
Serve with your choice of cold drink.
