|Chopped bread||6 Cup (96 tbs) (3 baguette, 3 croissant)|
|Milk chocolate||1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped|
|Dark chocolate||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White chocolate||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped|
|Kellogg's all bran cereal||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted unsalted butter||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , warmed|
|Vanilla bean/Vanilla extract||1|
|Sea salt||1 Pinch|
|35% cream||1 Liter|
FOR HERB CRUSTED HALIBUT
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add in all the ingredients except halibut; mix well.
Place the halibut over the prepared baking pan. Top with herb mixture and bake for 6 – 10 minutes.
Serve with white bean and tomatoes.
FOR CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add in the bread, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, Kellogg's all bran cereal and melted butter. Toss well and set aside.
In a large bowl, add in the eggs, scraped vanilla, sea salt, cream and sugar and beat well.
Pour 8 ounces of the mixture into the bread mixture and toss well.
Place the mixture into separate ramekins or a casserole dish. Top with remaining cream mixture.
Place the ramekins into a casserole dish and pour warm water into the casserole. Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve for dessert.
